Nice staff, Bad room. The condo we stayed in was pretty rough. The curtain rod was almost ripped out of the wall and there were tac strips exposed in the doorways so we constantly had to worry about our toddler stepping on it.

All of our units are individually owned and while we communicate with the owners, any changes or updates are ultimately their decision. We do have other units available if you would like to book with us again, we can make arrangements to have you stay in one of our other units on property.

Do NOT stay here Dirty walls and floors in the condo, furniture uncomfortable and outdated. Broken patio screen door, extremely dirty patio and chairs. Burned out lightbulbs in fixtures. Lists "toiletries" but only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms for 5 people, no dish soap. No sheets/bedding for pullout couch. "King" bed was 2 twin mattresses and twin box springs pushed together with a piece of foam placed in the crack. 3 washcloths for a condo that fits 6? The location to other fun things in myrtle beach

Very. Bad. accommodation to not what I rented out an I also complained to the office. an they didn’t. really do much o There was no balcony. There was no WiFi. so you couldn’t. use IPad. phone. etc Google anything around you to see what you was gonna do . They sent a maintenance person on the 25th of aug to see what’s. wrong with the WIFI nothing worked for WiFi. the screen door was falling apart .. fixed that. then said. I’m calling the home owner on the WIFI an said I will be back in 15 minutes. Well. needless to say never... read more

It was ok probably wouldn’t stay again I wasn’t what I reserved & the manager basically told me it wasn’t anything she could do but give me a refund so I can go somewhere else. that was VERY rude to me. the actual condo was beautiful

An Average stay at best There was a $100 deposit required that I must have missed when I read the initial info. Check out time is 10AM and the cleaning staff are ringing the doorbell at 9AM. The closest pool was closed and no idea why. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. Very dated interior but if you're picky it's fine. The condo was OK, but not to write home about. Decent location in North Myrtle. Since I had pre paid the checkin was fairly quick.

Deberían mejorar el servicio al cliente Las trabajadoras del front desk no saludan y son mamonas, y la alfombra del apartamento estaba mugrosa , algunos muebles rotos No hubo desayuno
