I am still getting law suites and lack of communication from National Debt Relief of not being proactive of reaching out to my past creditors. They get their money up front and do the bare minimum of taking care of me(client) I recommend with going to anyone but them. Stuck because they took their money up front of 10 months of payments. The are NOT worth the money you pay them.
They are liars and thiefs! They settle with your creditors for an amount that is equal to what you owed them originally because they wait until you are behind 6 months and owe interest and late fees before they agree to anything. Then they pay themselves 25% first off the top before they pay your creditor leaving nothing in your dedicated savings account to pay your creditors. Ruthless Spammers. They're hiring some subhumans to Spam for them -- then lying about it.
Very disappointed in their service I was enrolled with *** for A few years. I had a few creditors enrolled with them. And I was always told to send any correspondence that I received from a creditor. I did that on two credit cards that I had. They told me not to worry about it. Then I got served a summons and had to appear in court and had to settle with the lawyer, cost me a lot more than it would have been enrolled with ***. I am so angry with this company!!!!!! They sign you up, and you can't get a hold of them when you need to talk to someone. They do not help contact the creditors because one creditor still takes money from my account. And the other ones keep emailing me. Because of this, I have no money in my account, and I had to pay my creditor AND this company.
I've been with *** as a client for just over one year. The service was great, and the accounts were being paid off. They recently "helped me" by bringing *************** in to help pay off the remaining accounts faster. Translation: *** will get paid faster. My accounts with *** were to be paid off by the end of 2027. Now that my accounts have been sold to *************** with a 25% interest rate, I'm left paying them 2x the balance for 6.5 more years. I recently quit the program, still havent got my OWN money back and its been since 2/10/2025. Every time I them its always an excuse. Very unprofessional.
Liars, charge too much and Fees are high, And they get you no lesser charges on credit card. They lied to you about ************* not do anything with *******'s better if you file Bankruptcy.
