We have been with national relief, **** ******* and ***** ******* for over 2 years. The first couple years or year was good. They would contact us and everything now there's no contact at all. We have the money we paying off the last two little things we owe and we asked for a refund of our money. They said yes it's been refunded but this was over 2 weeks ago. My bank says it only takes a day or two. Once it hits they refund it. Also when I call everybody tells me a different day. They lie to you about everything. They said ... read more

I terminated my contract with them. Five days later they charged me a service fee. I was told when I called it would be 3-7 business days to get my dedicated savings sent. After 7 days I called again. This time I was told that they would send me a code to have that deposit done today by 2 people. Then when I said I would write a negative review they put me to a supervisor. Now she says 7-10 business days. This company doesnt want to help. They want your money. Thats all. Never again!

Unfortunately I have to give them 1 star since can not give 0 ! Do not do this. They will take in my case 22% of the then current amount owed, which of course is more than the original amount owed because of late fees and interest, right off the top of any settlement. While I later found this in the agreement, it was NOT CLEARLY explained during the intake call with their agent. They will ask for more than the regular amount of your regular deposit on a regular basis. They reason ? because there isn't enough money in my accou... read more

If I could leave an -10 as a review I would. Unfair and beware. The monies you deposit to your account, every time you settle with a creditor National Debt Relief takes 25 % off the total settlement out of your hard earned deposited money that should be going to pay off your creditors. These enormous fees were never discussed with me. I am livid that they are taking advantage of such a vulnerable situation. I should have over $2000 in my account ready to pay creditors and I now only have $555. This is a disgusting company an... read more

I went with this company for one debt account and I went with another company for another debt. After they made sure that I didn't make any more payments and my credit tanked, they pretty much charge me the same amount as the creditor was going to take from me over a longer term and they took a third of their fees right off the top. I was seriously misled when I signed up with this company. I called yesterday to pay off my account and they wanted to know where I got the money from. I had an issue with that. Turns out, it was... read more

I was with the program for several years. I am so close to being debt free , but I had some serious setbacks financially and I have talked to several "success" **** and they do not appear to help me. The payments are too high, but they have refused to adjust the program to suit my current situation. Therefore I have decided to leave the program for something more affordable. Please note, they are always polite, but they appear to have no interest in hearing that.

Extremely annoyed! I was told I qualified after a credit pull, and then after they did yet another credit check and everything was supposed to be fine, i was no longer approved, my credit score took a huge hit, and I'm still in debt! Not to mention the fact after this discovery they left me on hold for 15 mins, with no explanation, so I finally just hung up. I wouldn't bother with this company. Go find debt relief from someone else.

Signed up over 2 weeks ago the money was taken from my bank account and never showed up on my portal account here. Called them and they said it should be posted on the 5th. Today is the 9th. Why isn't it there? Keep it up I'll cancel it before the next debt date.
