The zodia stock was intact The package were my zodiac spa stick was contained was destroyed. Good thing the stick was not destroyed

Was hopeful, not working for Intex inflatable spa So badly wanted this to work. Our inflatable spa is inside, so it should be even easier manage. Before we began to use, took sample of our water to the pool store to get it perfect before using this stick, per directions. Made sure it was stable and balanced, then tied a string to the control unit, placed the vented part of the stick directly in front of the water output. Hasn’t helped a bit. Bought two of these and both appear used, and ... Bought two of these and both appear used, and boxes have been opened. No instruction manual (referred to on box) were included.

Not Happy! Don't know what happened but boxed was taped up and the charcoal from the filter was all over the place inside the package. Not Happy!

Ordered two. Both packages had been previously opened and ... Ordered two. Both packages had been previously opened and both were missing the instructions. One had the reminder sticky. One was missing an extender, but I didn't use it, just dropped both inside the filters. Waiting to see how well they work.

Less dichlor = less offensive smell. I use this in a hot tub along with an ozone generator, weekly dichlor shocks, and per-use MPS. I find that I do have to futz with the testing and chemical addition quantities more than other people I know who use bromine or chlorine-only systems. However, I much prefer the quality of the water using the Nature2 mineral cartridge. There is essentially no chemical odor once the weekly shock burns off and the water doesn't feel like a public pool. One concern I have is that the cartridge is ... read more

We couldn't figure out to install it. We followed ... We couldn't figure out to install it. We followed the directions but when we checked the chemicals a few days later there was no bromine. We went back to the tablets. It was more of a pain to us.
