Have been receiving benefits regularly for several years and now it stopped in January without notice. Figured I would call the number that shows up in response to all "complaints". On hold for 21 minutes and disconnected (that was last week). Your people are certainly polite, probably because that is what you are measuring, but there is more to customer service than that. one of the worst websites I've ever had the displeasure of using. The UX feels like it was put together by 3 separate teams who have no communication with each other, as what you'd think would be commonly used features for an insurance claim site are either completely non-existent or completely buried in random menus or hover windows.
