I had a great experience with Navia yesterday! I did not receive a replacement card. My HR called and got me one. I received it, and unfortunately disposed of it with junk mail. I called yesterday to get yet another one, the representative was kind and understanding, not only requesting another card to be mailed but also answering all of the questions that I had. I am not very tech savvy, yet the rep was able to guide me to log in, see my balance, show me how to upload and process claims, even went above and beyond to sho... read more

The transition from my company health care to Cobra managed by Navia was straight forward. Interaction with the Navia website was simple and intuitive. Also, talking to customer service was very helpful and the wait times were very short or non-existant. I love Navia. You made the transition easy.

It's very frustrating when you can't use the money I put into the account when I need it. I paid part of my Dentist bill with my FSA card and Navia locked my card because they wanted an explanation of benefits from my ins company. I had to call Navia to get that information. It wouldn't tell me on my app. I kept sending in the bill form the Dentist showing what the ins company paid and that wasn't good enough. I had to all my ins company to learn how to get that information and then down load it to the Navia website. So now ... read more

I have been stuck dealing with this company for years. All of a sudden, just this year, they began denying absolutely everything I submit. Completely valid claims. In one case, I submitted a completely valid medical copay. Denied for absolutely no reason. I had to appeal and they finally approved it. Same for another purchase. I called first to make sure it was covered, then sent the required Letter of Medical Necessity and the itemized receipt showing date of service, the item ordered, the total cost, etc. I had to submit t... read more

Just horrible at approving qualified, documented, and explained FSA funds for reimbursements. Almost feels like robbery with the amount of pushback I have received on a handful of qualified and documented submissions. I would not recommend for any employer.
