I was skeptical of how hard the enrollment process would be for this new company assigned to process my HRA claim payments. What a surprise! Setting up the account was easy and no cumbersome documentation to submit for direct premium payments. However, instructions were clear for submitting individual out-of-picket claims. So far, I am very happy with the convenience and fast response of this company.
So easy to make claims, receive reimbursements, and check status of account details. Can set up direct deposit, too, to avoid manual claim input. One con is that the kid didn't always work for me when trying to pay for daycare, not sure if this was a tech issue on the daycare end as they had to input the card details on their end instead of me through a link.
When they deny a claim it's like pulling teeth to get useful information about it. All they offer at first is a form letter detailing some examples of what MIGHT be the reason for the denial and suggesting that the problem COULD BE that more information is needed, but not which pieces of information are missing. In the beginning I had positive experience with this organization. As long as payments are made, phone calls were pleasant. When Navia made an error and didn't process my payment, I was cut off from insurance. It took me over 2 months to reinstate it. Going through the headache of proving that payment was made. From that time, phone calls I made I was disrespected and treated as if I was a nobody. It's a racket. You are better off paying taxes. These guys deny anything that isn't in there FHS store which is significantly more expensive than anything on Amazon. I fully believe all the positive reviews are fake. These guys steel from cancer patients. I have been denied vaccination reimbursement. I can not hate the company enough! Contacting the company has only confirmed they want my money & don’t care if I die!
