I've had the displeasure to be a Navia user for the past five years. Here's what I think you can expect if you contract their services: - The user portal is barely maintained. Bugs will remain unaddressed for years. - The claims submission flow is unintuitive. - Claims processing is inconsistent. Your experience will depend on what individual or system receives the claim. Some of the worst service I have ever experienced. Be prepared to file multiple claims, multiple forms of "proper proof" for the same items/service with barely any notice or reason why it was denied. Then the customer service you receive after reaching out, reply slowly and with barely any assistance. one of the worst websites I've ever had the displeasure of using. The UX feels like it was put together by 3 separate teams who have no communication with each other, as what you'd think would be commonly used features for an insurance claim site are either completely non-existent or completely buried in random menus or hover windows. Like, why is it so difficult to add a tab for "Claim history"??? Why are claim related links spread out among 3-4 different menus tabs??
