1) refused to let me use my own money for commuter benefits through unreasonable denials, 2) ridiculously arcane denied transaction remediation process (pay by cheque only), 3) benefits card suspended while any transactions are under review and the review process takes at least a week This is a completely broken customer experience. I hope to never deal with this company again

They are the most unreasonable and difficult *** provider. They will deny a lot claims that are eligible for *** without good reason other than saying these claims are not eligible. But these are actually eligible expenses some of them they might have reimbursed int he past . Once you resubmitted it and ask them to check even ****** or CVS website these claims are eligible, they approve it. Absolutely frustrating and waste of time. Not sure why would any plan sponsor choose them when there are a lot other good ones out there... read more

Really hard to get reimbursed! If I could give negative stars I would. **** A was helping me to try to figure out why my paperwork wouldnt be accepted (second time submitting). Although it showed that the insurance had paid, because it had a small box at the top that said estimated insurance, which was for a different charge and stating it was for a different charge, they would not accept the paperwork. Im just confused as to why it is so hard to use a card that has money you earned put on it???

I agree with all the reviews. I have submit a claim frim the hospital with a receipt, a date of the service, the names of the providers and they were all denied. Medical expenses need not be revealed because that is HIPAA violation. I only need a valid hospital receipt. I think they have used our money thas kept with them and lost in investments and now try to delay or denyy claims to push back paying them back either to us or our employers.And I will escalate my complaint to our VP for HR and operations so they can change t... read more
This year they have gotten way worse. They keep denying my claims of eligible expenses. I resubmit a couple of times, then escalate the issue where they finally get approved. This is such a waste of my time and also theirs.
