They dont allow you to use your own money to pay for vitamins and supplements with a doctor stating that you need them for a medical condition. So they would rather wait for you to get sick instead of helping promote healthy prior to it. Jsut as corrupt as the rest of the medical field. Absolute joke of a company and plan on ending my use of them! If I could give negative stars I would and will continue to fight against abuse like this

******** customer service. They are incapable of entering the correct information (telephone numbers, emails) for your account, so when you call in or go online to review your account they tell you they don't recognize the information you provided. I'm not even sure how a company like this can stay in business!

There are security protocols in place that I won't mention publicly. We don't enter any information as you describe. Continually decline dependent care transactions because their system cannot tell the difference between FSA, HSA, and ************** merchants and they only provide 1 card for all. The only solution is to submit a claim manually which means I am paying 2x my daycare tuition every single month until they reimburse me. If I could cancel, I would. Rest assured I will not be renewing. I would rather pay taxes on my income than pay 2x tuition monthly.

Portal hardly works, unintuitive, and broken most days. Their claims process always start by rejecting your claim, an appeals process, often times more rejection, and possible, but not a guaranteed acceptance of your claim. Ie- their team will continue to push back on documentation from physicians with letters of medical necessity- they will require extraordinary life dependent/threatening LMNs before approving. ******* customer service. Frequently declined paying for *** items that I bought although I was perfectly welcome to use my money to buy the same items off their site. Several times I had to submit claims without any changes in what I submitted - and good luck with customer service. They outsource it to *****. The whole experience was so irritating I opted not to use the *** benefit it all for 2026. Would rather lose money a little bit than the time I lost trying to navigate with Navia. Run.

1) refused to let me use my own money for commuter benefits through unreasonable denials, 2) ridiculously arcane denied transaction remediation process (pay by cheque only), 3) benefits card suspended while any transactions are under review and the review process takes at least a week This is a completely broken customer experience. I hope to never deal with this company again

They are the most unreasonable and difficult *** provider. They will deny a lot claims that are eligible for *** without good reason other than saying these claims are not eligible. But these are actually eligible expenses some of them they might have reimbursed int he past . Once you resubmitted it and ask them to check even ****** or CVS website these claims are eligible, they approve it. Absolutely frustrating and waste of time. Not sure why would any plan sponsor choose them when there are a lot other good ones out there... read more
