I have been in this plan since January 1, 2025. So far, I have been happy with it. The debit card makes payment for services easy, and thus far, there has been no need to submit additional documentation for claims. This has been an issue with previous providers.
I had a great experience with Navia yesterday! I did not receive a replacement card. My HR called and got me one. I received it, and unfortunately disposed of it with junk mail. I called yesterday to get yet another one, the representative was kind and understanding, not only requesting another card to be mailed but also answering all of the questions that I had. We've had two other FSA companies in the past several years and Navia Benefit Solutions is by far the best experience I've had with the whole process. They don't ask for extra documentation and use common sense and check our plan before they ask for extra documentation. The other companies required backup for things that are automatically covered under FSA rules. This company has been a huge timesaver for me and reduced my frustration tenfold. I hope our employer stays with Navia for the duration of my time here.
The transition from my company health care to Cobra managed by Navia was straight forward. Interaction with the Navia website was simple and intuitive. Also, talking to customer service was very helpful and the wait times were very short or non-existant. I love Navia. You made the transition easy.
I wish I could give 0. Card never works, so many rules. I can’t use it for a lot of what I need it for and if I can use it I’m mostly having to pay up front and then submit for reimbursement. The whole experience has been a hassle. When I try to contact them for help they aren’t helpful at all. The last call I made she transferred me to a survey while I was still asking questions about why my card hasn’t been working to purchase eligible items in-store or online.
