Navia solutions is a horrible company. Run. Do not use. They are terrible. They accidentally termed my insurance then reinstated it but the insurance company didnt receive the reinstatement. They sent another. Insurance didnt receive. I escalated. Was told Id get a call back in morning. No call. Refused to send me a copy of what was sent to insurance so insurance doesnt believe me. Turns out they are in training. ALL of them. Also why tell me youd call in morning if you knew you were in training?

I continue to be denied for illogical reasons. The latest is I was denied my dermatologist-prescribed moisturizer with sunscreen because of the following, "We have determined that the quantity of 8 you have purchased is excessive and could be considered stockpiling." I purchased (10) 3 oz. bottles, so I don't have to re-purchase constantly. This is not an acceptable explanation and has never been a problem in the past. The reasons for these denials of reimbursement seem to be more and more ridiculous.

They dont allow you to use your own money to pay for vitamins and supplements with a doctor stating that you need them for a medical condition. So they would rather wait for you to get sick instead of helping promote healthy prior to it. Jsut as corrupt as the rest of the medical field. Absolute joke of a company and plan on ending my use of them! If I could give negative stars I would and will continue to fight against abuse like this

******** customer service. They are incapable of entering the correct information (telephone numbers, emails) for your account, so when you call in or go online to review your account they tell you they don't recognize the information you provided. I'm not even sure how a company like this can stay in business!

There are security protocols in place that I won't mention publicly. We don't enter any information as you describe. Please reach out to our participant services team if you are still experiencing login issues.

Continually decline dependent care transactions because their system cannot tell the difference between FSA, HSA, and ************** merchants and they only provide 1 card for all. The only solution is to submit a claim manually which means I am paying 2x my daycare tuition every single month until they reimburse me. If I could cancel, I would. Rest assured I will not be renewing. I would rather pay taxes on my income than pay 2x tuition monthly.

Portal hardly works, unintuitive, and broken most days. Their claims process always start by rejecting your claim, an appeals process, often times more rejection, and possible, but not a guaranteed acceptance of your claim. Ie- their team will continue to push back on documentation from physicians with letters of medical necessity- they will require extraordinary life dependent/threatening LMNs before approving. ******* customer service. Frequently declined paying for *** items that I bought although I was perfectly welcome to use my money to buy the same items off their site. Several times I had to submit claims without any changes in what I submitted - and good luck with customer service. They outsource it to *****. The whole experience was so irritating I opted not to use the *** benefit it all for 2026. Would rather lose money a little bit than the time I lost trying to navigate with Navia. Run.
