Terrible customer service. Having such a hard time getting my doula services approved and covered for FSA. Agents feeding misinformation and speaking on topics they are clueless about (ie. the difference between a medical doctor/OB and a doula). I have them through an employer and I wish there was a way you could drop them and use an alternative service, if there was I would.
I just spend 2 hours on the phone between Navia Benefits, CVS CareMark and Regence. I still cannot fill my prescriptions 2 full months and 3 premium payments into my retirement. Navia just passes the buck. ******* finally admitted that I did call on June 6th and inquired about my pharmacy benefits but then said because it was still in the "window" for my benefits to start, they did nothing but note my call.I'm very frustrated with this company and disappointed that King ****** contracts with such a substandard company
Navia Benefit Solution is horrible. I have been paying premiums to them and they do not pay the health care provider. Now I need to get my money back and pay directly to provider. Navia strings you along, all the while I would communicate with my health care provider directly. This is a COBRA, so I have no way of choosing whom to pay.Horrible, I feel sick to my stomach having to deal with this for the past 4 months. Before Navia, our employers used other benefit company. I have never got denied when I submitted claims. Now with Navia, I had so many of my claims got denied. I always need to enclose EOB every time in order to get approved. I spoke with one agent and asked him to review some of my denied claims, he would have approved my claims rather than denied them.
