I have had nothing but problems, trying to navigate the Navia system the past 2 years.I can find the instructions on how to, but am still not able to find where to submit a claim.When I call in for help, the wait time is 20 minutes.The A I phone system tells my 4 different balances that I find impossible to understand, HRA, HSA, Merc, etc. I ended up losing money I contributed, as well as what my employer contributed.It has been a nightmare for me.
If this company (Navia) owes you money, hope and pray. It's like trying to draw water out of a rock. I was on their COBRA for a couple of months, my employer switched to a different COBRA company, so I had an extra month and a half payment to Navia that was supposed to be refunded back to me. This company needs to be investigated. They have denied multiple claims erroneously. When I did finally reach a representative they agreed and yet there was no follow up. It seems that their goal is to make money on the float as well as to keep denying claims so that users forfeit their money when the new year starts. A class action suit should be started soon.
Truly awful. They lead first with denials , the customer service is rude and doesn't seem to know or understand the rules. It shouldn't ALWAY take hours of phone calls and time to get reimbursed for a $35 ******* treatment and other really clearly eligilbe health expenses. Other reviews have used the words "Inefficient" "Unresponsive" "terrible" I don't disagree. My company used another benefit service for years and I never had a bad experience. With them, every interaction is at best "inefficient" and genreally just awful.
Inefficient and and unresponsive when it comes to resolving customer complaints. Have been calling them multiple times for more than month regarding a check I had sent them. They have not been able to locate it for more than 45 days and worse they didn't have an explanation about what was going on.
Navia is the worst. We have legitimate claims to get our pre-tax money back and it is almost impossible. They deny 90% of everything. Keep in mind, this is the money that we have put into this account to pay our high deductible. They adjust even when the money out of pocket is higher. I have over $4000 in there because it rolled over from last year. I am convinced this is just another stupid program to fleece the consumer. Just disgusting!
My card expired and I didn't receive a new card. I called to request a new card on 1/3/23 it's now 1/19/23 and I still don't have a new card. Poor customer service. I would never recommend them.
10/24/2022 If I could, I would give them a 0. I was on Cobra, and I needed to find another ********* company. I was trying to get on a gov. ********* plan until I could get on ********* I got a phone call right away from Navia saying they saw I was looking for health *********. Navia forfeited my HSA balance of 1500$ end of 2022 after I moved out of employer in Sept 2022. All the FAQs were pointing that HSA will be rolled over automatically every year even after termination. Even I was able to keep the account open for multiple years after moving out of HDHP plan. Total scam.
