I highly recommend Shane Neal as your Realtor. I had a special horse property and I had interviewed several other Realtors. Most were used to selling the cookie cutter houses found in neighborhoods. I knew I needed someone that could market my house to the right people. Shane did exactly that but he even took it one step further. He had a professional photographer shoot my home. Clint was an excellent agent and always kept in touch every step of the way. Knows the area very well and was able to find us our new home in a very short amount of time. I would strongly reccomend his team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Clint worked with my husband and I to find our 1st home. We began searching older homes in established neighborhood but they just weren't what we were wanting. Clint recommended that we check out site built homes and recommended a few subsivisions. He was there with us through the whole process and even came to our closing. He recommended an inspector who was awesome and caught things that our builder missed. We will be using Clint again in the future to find land. Very professional and courteous.

Neal did an outstanding job. He was able to find us a home within 5 days that meet our requirements. Not only that, he helped us qualified for a mortgage within the same day. Later, he advised us on the steps to make our old home ready to be sold in the market. After the old house was ready, it only stayed in the market for half a day. This is long, I know. But, I just couldn't simply wrap up our wonderful experience in a few short sentences. Buying a house is a BIG deal, especially when it's your first! We were first time home buyers and very intimidated by the whole process.
