We began contact with Shane Neal many months prior to planning a huge relocation from 1800 miles away. We could only hope that the process of picking, visiting and eventually buying two homes would not be so difficult. My husband and I have used Clint Neal and the Neal Team in the purchase of two residential real estate properties. Clint was responsive and returned calls, emails and questions very promptly. He also did exactly as he said he would do when it came to resolving troublesome issues that arose and never dropped the ball. We were very pleased with our experience with the Neal Team and would recommend them to others and use them again ourselves should the opportunity arise.

Working with Clint Neal to find and purchase a home was fantastic. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. He did not push any houses on us, but was candid in his advice and recognized when a house met our needs or was important to us. Shane Neal became a reliable friend over the course of our house hunt. We spent weekends and weekday evenings together until we finally found the house that was perfect. Shane is knowledgeable but is easy to be around because he isn't trying to talk you in to a house or simply pointing out everything that is wrong. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with him and his staff. Neal and his team were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions and concerns I had during the sale of my property and also my boyfriend's property. I mean, I don't think he takes a day off! What a great guy and an exceptional person. I have already recommended him to my neighbor and few others looking for a realtor. If you need a realtor, stop looking. This is your guy.
