Shane was always responsive and forthcoming about selling the house. He sold our house and also was our realtor for buying a new one. Picked up dumbells at the house we sold because we forgot them.

Shane knows his craft very well, he has very good negotiating skills. He has a keen foresight of problems related to buying and selling of properties, and he handled them exceptionally well for me and my husband since we are first time home buyers.

Shane is just wonderful!!! This is the first house we have ever bought. Needless to say we had tons of questions and fears. He answered all of our questions, didn't matter a what time of day or night, he always called when we needed him. He was very patient with our wants and likes and we got into our dream home!!!
