Neal's communication was great through the whole process - really appreciate the time he took to walk us through multiple things. The one suggestion I have is for Belle - there were a few times where a question or document was asked for, then she ended up asking for them again (one was not her doing, these were other pieces). It can get frustrating to provide the same information multiple times. Otherwise, the team was great to work with!
