Get directionsI hired them to clean my gutters. I met them when they arrived and they started to set up to do the work. 15 minutes later I hear their truck leaving knowing the gutters could not have been cleaned in that time. Called later in the day and was told they could not remove my gutter guards, when other companies had done so in the past. Said they could try and flush them but would not guarantee they would flow clean. Why would I pay for that so I cancelled the contract.

Today the workers arrived to clean my siding and windows, and left without providing the service because they said the siding was too old and their process of cleaning would remove the siding paint. I feel so frustrated! It took some effort for me to prepare the house perimeter and remove screens, etc. Now the work is delayed while I find another contractor. How was this not something they might have considered before taking my deposit and scheduling the visit?

Came a week after promised after I made a second call. I received a lower estimate from another company
Messy work, diet splatter on a neighbors house, and left debris matter in a pile in my backyard. Apparently it is customary to leave the extremely heavy bags of debris on the road curbside. I was not aware of that. I complained to the company and they said they would send a crew out the next day to clean the backyard and pick up the bags. They only picked up the bags. Instill have a pile of dirt in my yard.

I hired them. They apparently came out without letting me know they were coming. When they came out, they decided they could not do the project due to safety concerns. They did not call or email me to let me know that they were not going to do the project. I called them to find out why I had not heard from them in a week and that is when they informed me they would not do the work.
Their scheduling procedure was horrible. They give a 1-week window with no way of knowing when they are coming. Then no show for the week. No show for the following week even though I called. When I called to cancel (after the second week) it was a hard sell to keep my business. All in all, not a good experience. I ended up hiring another company.

I made a mistake hiring Ned Stevens because their pricing was high compared to other companies. They also left the debris they had removed in plastic bags in my driveway. I ended up having to take the bags to the dump.
