I had purchased on two different days(so two separate invoice)... I had contacted yesenia to request that I pay my second invoice on pick up which she said it could be a one time thing and agreed i could pick up and pay on Saturday (she would write a note in my file) I called several different times after that initial call since I kept getting emails about paying my invoice. A lot of mistakes are made with the auctions. I have now purchased many items that were not what was advertised in the listing such as damage or being completely something different. All under $100 so it's not worth doing a return.

I was bidding on a piece, received an outbid email, rushed home to rebid only to find that the item had been removed, with no explanation. I did bid and win another piece. But when I went to pick that piece up, I was shocked to an ample supply of the item that was removed?????
The whole experience has been pretty good. The only negative thing is waiting over 2hrs to pick up your items.
They are very nice, as long as you do your part to try and get your stuff out on time, they are very reasonable. The people at the desk, in both locations that I have been, are very pleasant and helpful. Also, the people that help you get your stuff to your car and help you get it loaded, always go above and beyond to help, which is not something that I usually do NOT experience, so consistently across the board from hourly employees. In my brief time working with them, it has been nothing but a pleasure.

It's a nice .but the Only problem the .doesn't put the right description in Most of the item. So I bought A lot of items 60% of the item All the description the say it new . But either it's used or it's missing some hardware and I have to Return them
Everyone is always eager to help . The girls at the front desk are friendly and know their customers.
