I paid for my items, drove all the way down there, and then when i try to pick them up; they tell me they can't find it? How do you lose my items?
Every time I went to pick up my order it took over an hour to get my things . When I went to return something I was interrogated by the young lady in the front desk not the lady with the curly hair the other lady that always wears like a ponytail . She always had an attitude and that’s very bad if you are having a bad day doesn’t mean other people should to. Furthermore as far as I knew the policy is that you have seven days to return an item . Great product, but a horrendous wait to pick it up. I lost out on $70 worth of items because I couldn't wait 2.5 hours at pickup. Not worth the time or money. The issue I saw was the pickers helping load out the customers. One customer had 20 items and 3 pickers helping him load it for 45 minutes. Fix the wait times and I'll be back. Time is money!
Description of items incomplete. Items not working such as electronics or UV light bulbs.
Auction sold me a fiskers lawn mower as new and it was broken. The sold me golf clubs that were steel shafts but they were grapite shafts the said ckubs were 4-pw but there were only 6- pw+ aw. Lots if kies or just ooor buisness practices.
I won two bids. One bid was a estate sale. I won a tv. It was never informed to me that it did not work. The other was a baby gate, the information had nothing stating that it was broken. We called the autiin and informed them of what had occurred... They said we will get a call back that was over a week ago.
