I bid on and won a corner desk. When I got to the warehouse for pick-up, there were only 4 or 5 people in front of me. I've been to the other warehouses before, but this was first time at the one in Henderson. Every time I've gone to any of the others it was in and out. Wonderful staff. Kenneth is a wonderful teamember. Goes above n beyond everytime hes helped us. For office staff as they deal with many transactions. Maybe a enclosure for there safety. Thanks for your time.

First time using your web site. Very easy to use. Easy directions.
They relist the same exact cars every single week. Even after you bid, and think you won, surprise, they send you a new email stating you've been outbid.And then you see same car up for auction again the next, & so on. WASTE OF TIME.
Had a problem with one of the items contacted thru chat spoke to Shelly , she was a very happy friendly person to deal with! She took care of my problem immediately! I have to say she was probably one of the nicest easiest to customer service person to deal with.
