It was my first purchase and they didn’t even disclose all that was wrong with the car which was plenty. So I end up spending more than what I purchased the car for just because I wasn’t aware of such big issues when I purchased
The wait is so long. Customer service is not good. I had to ask another customer what to do to get my purschases.
Wait times are terrible, have to wait hours to pickup stuff i purchased, so frustrating, parking is also a nightmare!!
A lot of items that i purchased are not as described. And some imagines are not true to the real item's appearance. Missing parts or even damaged parts and descriptions would not indicate that. So purchase with caution, you never now what you are going to get.
It seems like a very disorganized system from when you walk in the door until you wait over an hour for your item(s). I realize it was a weekend and there is an influx in customers, but it was a very slow process. Other auction warehouses in the valley have a system with warehouse pickers and then other employees who bring the items out to the customers. Listing was vague and the product was broken and had missing parts.
I purchased something and it didn’t say non functional but when I charged it and tried to use it it didn’t work. It was just a waste of money.
