I bought over 2k in items from the Hotel Auction and at my first (and only) pick up my company informed me that several of the items were not ready for pickup or were damaged but could be replaced as this was an ongoing renovation. I was pleased with the items I did receive and since I planned to send a truck for a second pick up, I bought many more items and paid the invoices in full. The auction is a nice place to get a good deal. But it’s frustrating that they put in description lies. So for an example i win 10 items. From 10 items i have to return 5 because it’s not what it says in description. They put insignifcan damages. And something is broken. That’s a major damage. Who put all those description and what’s wrong with the product . They must to put exactly what it is. Thank you for the return policy. That’s a relief.
Your location is not convenient to anyone in my family, my fault for not thinking it would be a hassle for us to pick up item. Won't bid again due to this fact.
I bought a car at the auction and they didn't tell me anything about any mechanical problems after I bought it I noticed the car had a Crack on the windshield on the driver side,it has oil pan gasket leaking,shocks and struts fluid leaking, and worn timing belts and they will not offer to fix it or give me a refund not good business at all.
Purchased two items, neither were described accurately. Very frustrating. Between driving a long distance and negotiating heavy traffic. Then to find out that the item wasn't as represented. So maybe, later on, we will try again and hopefully, things will be corrected. Just not the right fit for our life right now.
