I dont like that i have to to stand in a line this week now. Some are nice but a lot of people act like youre in their way and are impatient. One restroom for 30 people is not good either. No response on questions about items for auction during the day. Good products though.
Love the auction site but the items need to be posted with better detail and the workers need to take better care of the items. I have had several items that were damaged from workers not being careful and have had to ask for my money back. I have also had several items that were misrepresented.
The rug was fine. The “new“ microwave oven cart with “slightly damaged packaging” was more than slightly damaged and part of the actual cart was broken. And I did not realize when you say, “missing hardware,” that means the entire component that makes the shade screen work would be missing. Now I have a useless shade screen and a damaged cart that will likely end up in the dumpster, as I am past the week grace period for returns. Was reassured that the issue with my order would be resolved one way or another. Still no call back or resolve.
Recently I was hospitalized and still am and have been given no options And picking up things right now is not a real priority but I'm losing a lot of money I've stopped paying on lots that I won because I'm not going to pay for it just to lose 50% because I have anybody to pick it up for me right now. But normally I would give you guys 5 stars because your customer service at the facility is freakin amazing
Bought a table that was supposed to be brand new but was busted when I received it. Box had while in it where table was busted
Last couple items. All though marked new and completer have been missing items. Items necessary to function.
I waited while about 30 people who arrived after me were served before me, many having just as many items as I did (some even having more). 2 items were missing, 1 item was damaged more than described in the listing info, and then I got home to find that I was only given box 2 of 2 for the couch I bought....I had even asked the gentleman loading my items if the entire couch was loaded and he confirmed. Items I bought were misrepresented. Even though item said new. Did not say items were missing. But they did not work and or there was not enough pieces to put together. Software has many bugs. I would not recommend your site.
