I was looking for a mortgage broker that knows and care about the customer and I found him. Gustan went above and beyond in helping securing my mortgage loan and got me an incredible rate at 3.6% on a 15yr conventional. A lot of banks didn't want to do my loan b/c I own too many property, but Gustan promise that he would get the deal done and we did considering dealing with the government shut down and all. I contacted many lenders in search of someone who could help me with a new mortgage. The vast majority of them never even returned my calls. Gus Cho not only called me back but immediately evaluated my situation and worked diligently to find me a loan. We had a very difficult loan/escrow that was being handled by Mr. Gus Cho.It seemed like it was never going to end but through it all Gus had a positive attitude and kept encouraging us.
