I came to Gus with a low credit score. He promised me he could help. He worked with me and credit repair for over six months! Every time I called, he answered. Everything he promised, he came thru with. I now have a great credit score because I did everything he asked me to do and I will be closing on my home in a couple weeks. It takes alot to impress me, but Gus did it!!!

It's 8 PM & just got off the phone with Gus to discuss a mortgage for a home in Michigan; he gave me the straight deal about what will work, what will not, & all without any the non-sense / side-stepping I've received from local banks. Gus was great! I was in a tough situation where my lender backed out on me (not through Gus, different loan officer/company) right when my offer was accepted. I submitted a form on his website, which has a TON of valuable information asking him to contact me, and he called me 20 minutes later! This was at 9:00pm EST! You can't get more responsive than that... Gus explained what was happening and why (bank overlays). We have currently been working with Gus and he has already been so extremely helpful in helping us navigate through our home loan. Gus is very professional. Our credit score is not ideal, mainly due to lack of credit, and he has been very helpful in letting us know the correct steps to take in order to build our credit score/history. I worked with Gus last year. He closed my loan 01/10/2014. I know this was a year ago but since then Gus has closed many tuff loan of friends and family of mine. If you’re looking for a mortgage banker/broker Gus is your guy. He knows every loop hole in the system and basically seem like he wrote the rule book on Home loans. Gus and Gus alone is the only reason I have a house. Just coming out of a bankruptcy/foreclosure, Gus was the only one who EASILY got me approved after 15+ lenders denied me right away. Gus knew how to work through the "Back to Work" program and got me approved in no time. He is a very down to earth guy who is available 24/7, nights, and weekends. Gus is by far the best!!! If it wasn't for him I would not have my home. I am a 29 year old single woman. I would have never thought I would be able to purchase a home on my own especially that I have a low income. I had spoke to other brokers and they were not interested in helping me at all. We were turned down for a mortgage by another lender who actually told us we couldn't even qualify for 100k mortgage. We kind of gave up and figured maybe we would wait and pay off some credit cards. After doing a Google search I found Gus. He is the BEST! We found a house and got approved for 172k mortgage. We worked with Gus for a couple months. He is always available. He works 7 days a week. I had no choice but to refinance to remove my ex husband from my mortgage. But the divorce also left me with a bankruptcy on my record. My ex was convinced I was going to loose the house.
