Gus is amazing! I struggled with getting my loan approved through other lenders because my ex husbands credit issues were reporting to my credit report. I spent months trying to get approved with other lenders who promised to help but just ended up wasting my time. I called Gus and he got the loan done in just a few weeks. Gus and his Team at the Money store was prompt, professional, and courteous. They was patient and thorough answering all of my questions. They kept the ball rolling even when there were challenges in process I recommend them excellent Job!

Gus and his crew were able to get me approved when two other lenders turned me away saying "wait 1-2 years". When I had a question I was not even hesitant to ask, and I always got timely answers. Thanks to them I am in my new home for Christmas!

My experience with Gustan Cho has been excellent. He coached me on what to do to get my credit where it needed to be to qualify for a mortgage. The best part of my experience was that he kept me informed every step of the way the entire process! I could literally call him anytime of the day or night if I had a question and if he didn't answer he would call me back immediately. The mortgage process is very stressful, but his team made it a little easier by being so professional and supportive!

The first thing I would say about Gus Cho is that above and beyond his considerable professional attributes he is just a darn good human being. He is honest, courteous and respectful. So much so that My family and I now consider him a lifelong friend as well as a trusted advisor on all things related to the home lending industry. Wow!!! You know in life, it has ups downs lefts and right and boy I have been on all of them. I guess I have to introduce myself to tell a story of who I am and what I was. As for most people the early 2000’s were great, money a plenty. My Wife and I were starting our young Family, I had a great job, and we had purchased a 500,000 dollar house! Gus helped me get a loan when local banks told me no. It was a long road due to lack of credit and the home we wanted was not move in ready but Gus delivered. He got us the loan that he promised us!

Wow, what can I say about Gustan Cho, Well, let me tell you my little story on how I met Gus. I was looking for a Broker that could get me a loan on a property that I wanted to purchase in Florida. I had tried 2 other brokers prior to running across Gus that were recommended (who's names I wont mention) both of which promised me the they could get it done "No Problem" they said, Ya right. Contacted Gus on a refinance loan on a Condotel. Had numerous lenders turn me down based on the type of property. Most lenders will not enough talk to you . Gus looked at my file and gave me a contact at Advancial Mortgage to call. Gus has followed up with me and even made a call to Advancial to clarify my loan details.
