I only write a review if it warrants it…and simply put, Gus deserves kudos. My wife and I had good income, but very average credit with things on our report that would make securing a home loan a challenge. I spoke with Gus when I found out he sourced loans in Florida. We have been working with Gus for over a year and the last 6 months trying to purchase a very difficult Short Sale home and trying to work with the Short Sale bank (Chase) that would not budge on anything or give any extensions. I found Gus online from google when I searched for a professional mortgage broker who based in Florida after I got turned down by few brokers. Once I entered my info through his website, he called me back right away, which was very impressive. I told him my conditions.
