Mr. Cho is amazing asset to people in need of guidance through the mortgage process. Gus did a fantastic job in helping us get a home. I had to declare bankruptcy two years ago. Everyone I spoke to said there was nothing they could do. Gus took the time to listen and figured out how he could help. He said as long as I was at least two years remove from the bankruptcy I could qualify for a FHA loan. He walked me through the complete process and helped me get a 240,000 home loan. I cannot say how grateful I am for his help and willingness to listen to him clients.

Gus is a dedicated mortgage broker that worked very hard to find me a Mortgage. Great guy Highly recommend. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the housing Market. Wow what I was able to learn was really helpful.

Stay away from Gustan Cho and his partner Alex. They will lie to you from beginning to end and tell you whatever you want to hear. No idea how these people are in business and not shut down. They say no overlays but thats a lie. Rude and unprofessional.

Me and wife started looking at homes a year and half ago. We found a home that we liked last fall and we began the process of obtaining a mortgage loan. I knew we was looking at an FHA loan with any company we went with. We began the process and received a pre-qualified letter. They informed us we can go on and make an offer on the home. Everything went fine for about 20-25 days then we get a call from someone that we had never worked with at the company stating that they wasn't going to be able to complete our mortgage loan... read more

I worked with Guston Cho back in October 2016 up to January 2017. He was dishonest in his way of working with me and my wife. He referred me to a credit Company who promised my credit score to increase to 700 by 6 months and that didn't happen $699 later and over 6 months still not at 700. Guston Cho could of been honest and told us that we couldn't do anything for at least 3-4 months and get our credit up to the required number but instead he strung us along and made us loose the house and almost homeless right around Chris... read more
