Gus did a fantastic job in helping us get a home. I had to declare bankruptcy two years ago. Everyone I spoke to said there was nothing they could do. Gus took the time to listen and figured out how he could help. He said as long as I was at least two years remove from the bankruptcy I could qualify for a FHA loan. He walked me through the complete process and helped me get a 240,000 home loan. I cannot say how grateful I am for his help and willingness to listen to him clients.
