I pulled Gus's name after searching Google extensively. I had encountered lender overlays; but meeting them either didn't make sense or were outside the timeline I was working with. Gus and I had an honest up-front conversation, and Gus and his team delivered. I have some credit issues, but I am helping myself to clear them. And that is the bottom line. If you're helping yourself, Gus can get you the financing you need. And I pray every day for God's blessings for me and my team: realtor, lender, and others.
I can't say enough great compliments about Gus. He is by far the best in the mortgage industry. He listens, cares about you, and is very tentative to your concerns and issues. Gus is there for you no matter what day, what time of the day or night, and calls you back immediately. If anybody can get you a mortgage, it is Gus...no questions about it. He is definitely a miracle worker. No doubts, the most honest and trustworthy person in the mortgage industry.

Gustan Cho made refinance process as painless as possible. Gustan started the process and handled all the many details. He is very easy to talk to, explained things, and were always readily available within minutes with answer to questions via text, any time of the day. Very hands on

Thank you Ms. Burns. Sorry for the delay. The appraisal rebuttal and the renegotiation of the purchase price took longer than expected. Most of our loans close in less than 30 days. The reason your rates was higher than expected was due to pricing adjustments on the credit scores. Under 550 FICO is a huge pricing hit and 1% Point was covered by lender credit by me. I will cover the closing costs when you refinance your loan once your credit scores improve.
Gus and his team made this a breeze. I thought that I would have a difficult time with this mortgage, but Gus was there for me and made it all work smoothly. MUCH more smoothly than expected. I was the one worrying and fretting and Gus was telling me that this wasn't even a difficult mortgage for him to procure. Gus delivered and it was smoth as silk!
