This is my second time working with Loan Cabin on a home purchase. Gustan is very knowledgeable and keeps things moving quickly. He was able to approve a complicated loan for my second home and he did the loan for my first home last year. Gustan Cho and his team are a pleasure to work with. The communication is clear and concise. Gustan will find a way to make it happen even for complicated situations. If he says he can do a loan, he will deliver. I would definitely recommend!

Gustan is a WONDERFUL. I contacted him after being denied a loan due to a timeshare “foreclosure” that was listed on my credit report. Gustan informed me that he was not currently licensed in my state howeve, he would help me. He didn’t know me at all and was willing to help me. He put me in contact with another lender and contacted him on my behalf when there was a misunderstanding of certain terms. Buying a home is a once in a life time event. You hope to succeed and make this a happy experience. We received a pre qualification letter ftom a lender who later made it impossible to respond to the underwriter's conditions. Not to waste a moment further we started our search for a competent lender while our sales contract moved fast to a default time frame. I want to start off by saying Gus is extremely knowledgeable in just about all aspects of the mortgage process. Gus is extremely professional. Gustan is an institution on mortgage business. You will find the ultimate expertise here. Of course there will be a fee for service but Gustan is not out to make money. That takes care of everything. The service you can expect is beyond the best in quality because when honesty and expertise come together, you are bound to receive the best treatment available. We had an impossible situation that was made possible. Ami was reaponsive, helpful and kind. I would reccomend them to anyone looking for a smooth and reaponsive process to sometimes, frustrating process.
