With the Holidays approaching I am so thankful that my husband didn't give up when we was denied a year ago from another company. He searched the web and found Gus and his team and me and my family are enjoying the Holidays in our new home this year. He was able to help both us raise our credit so much which in return not only helped us get the home loan but changed so many other factors for us. Just want to thank them so much for working with us and making it such a smooth process.

I have been through a lot in the last few years and was giving up on hope of getting the mortgage put in my name. Went through different lenders and was denied every time due to a bankruptcy, not to mention a bad credit score all due to a divorce. We worked with Maria and she was great. She helped us through all the paperwork, helped smooth out any snags, and offered support on the side. We were unable to get traditional financing but that didn't stop her! Thank you Maria.

My wife and I were first time buyers with a ton of questions.Gus was always there not just with answers but detailed explanations. When you make a purchase of this magnitude for the first time it can really test your nerves. Gus was always there and extremely generous with his time and expertise,be it nights or weekends. We certainly wouldn't be in our new home without him. If you're in the market for a home and get the chance to work with Gus jump at it.

I contacted Gus through his website on a Sunday. I submitted all of my information. Although he could not help in my State, he connected me with a lender that could. Gus gave me a great lender referral and I closed on my home today. I would have never found my lender without Gus. I wanted to leave this review because he does go out of his way to help. Thank you Gus!

I want to take the time to write this review and congratulate the Gustan Cho team for doing a marvelous job, we started with a different lender in August but things felt apart halfway there, I read about him online and all the positive reviews he has and decided to write him an email withing minutes I received a phone call from Gustan Cho himself asking how he could help, I had a very difficult case, a lot of things were not working in my favor but they took the time to review my whole case and got us approved. wonderful tea... read more
