I was unable to get pre-approval through my bank or other popular lenders for FHA due to credit being slightly under the lender's qualifications, even though I met FHA credit requirements. Gustan has been amazing to work with! His professional advice and experience helped us finance our dream home. My fiancé had a loan modification on the last property he owned back in 2014. When it came time to purchase a home most lenders were hesitant to talk to us further after finding that loan mod.
