I contacted Gus through his website on a Sunday. I submitted all of my information. Although he could not help in my State, he connected me with a lender that could. Gus gave me a great lender referral and I closed on my home today. I would have never found my lender without Gus. I wanted to leave this review because he does go out of his way to help. Thank you Gus!

I want to take the time to write this review and congratulate the Gustan Cho team for doing a marvelous job, we started with a different lender in August but things felt apart halfway there, I read about him online and all the positive reviews he has and decided to write him an email withing minutes I received a phone call from Gustan Cho himself asking how he could help, I had a very difficult case, a lot of things were not working in my favor but they took the time to review my whole case and got us approved. wonderful tea... read more

We started with a different lender in mid August and a pre approval was given to us, but two weeks later that lender began to back peddle on the approval. We contacted Gustan Cho and he reviewed our file and we were not disappointed. Gustan is very professional and very helpful and will help you get your deal done! Mr.Cho was able to thoroughly inform us on what was going on no matter what time of the day it was. He definitely does take care if his clients. He is true to his word. I highly recommend anyone who has trouble getting a mortgage loan go with Mr.Cho. Thank you Gustan for taking the time to work with us! You truly have a great talent!

I wrote Gustan a whim after being told no by other lenders, he was gracious enough to write back right away. He even offered to call me and we spoke that same morning, which was a Sunday! Although he will not be personally assisting me because he does not work in my state, he offered great advice to a discouraged applicant. I can only imagine, how great he is for clients that are in his area! If he is licensed in your state, take advantage of the gem.

I am in the Real Estate Business and know quite a few lenders, but when trying to do a VA loan for myself I ran into many obstacles and have since learned about the lending business and overlays which each lender adds to their requirements for a loan. I contacted Gus for some help and it turned out he couldn't actually work in my state. He still was kind enough to help me with everything that I needed help with and has been in contact with me. He knows all of the latest rules and regulations and can answer any question that you have. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. The man is a genius.
