Gus was great! After multiple failed attempts to qualify for a home mortgage, Gus came through as he promised and now I'm once again a home owner. The other lenders would over-promise, but under-deliver, causing me to loss homes that I already had a contract on. He reassured me that everything was going to be fine and was with me through the whole process. To all those who have been turned down before, I recommend Gus; he'll make it happen and get it done right!

I contacted Gustan in 12/15. I need to refinance from a FHA loan to a conventional loan. I had to file for bankruptcy back on 2010, my foreclosure was included in my bankruptcy. My previous advisor did not tell me I qualified for a conventional loan back in 12/2014, something I found out through Gustan, that I did. I just searched for a reliable mortgage lender online and ran into Gustan Cho's name. I called him right away and was so pleased that he went an extra mile to help me out with all the information that I need. I had been shopping for a home mortgage loan for a while but nobody is as helpful as Gustan. We will be working on a different loan and I know that I won't be disappointed. Gus recently helped my parents close on a loan after many lenders turned them away. My dad had made some bad business decisions and as a result his credit had taken a severe blow. Working with Gus closely the last few months I have determined he is the few and hopefully not a dying breed of people with integrity, sincerity and committment of follow through. The Mortgage business is full of winding roads and turns that will test the most patient consumer.
