With the Holidays approaching I am so thankful that my husband didn't give up when we was denied a year ago from another company. He searched the web and found Gus and his team and me and my family are enjoying the Holidays in our new home this year. He was able to help both us raise our credit so much which in return not only helped us get the home loan but changed so many other factors for us. I have been through a lot in the last few years and was giving up on hope of getting the mortgage put in my name. Went through different lenders and was denied every time due to a bankruptcy, not to mention a bad credit score all due to a divorce. My wife and I were first time buyers with a ton of questions.Gus was always there not just with answers but detailed explanations. When you make a purchase of this magnitude for the first time it can really test your nerves. Gus was always there and extremely generous with his time and expertise,be it nights or weekends.
