Nicole and her team were so easy to work with, they made the process simple. There's a portal so I was able to upload all needed documents which saved me so much time. Replies to my questions were answered within the hour. I was kept up to date on the progress of the loan. The terms were better than expected. I highly recommend Nicole and her team.

We have worked with Nicole and her team since 2016, first for the purchase of our first home, followed by refinancing it for a better interest rate and then again in 2018 for the purchase of our second home. I am new resident in US with less than 2 years credit and most of banks refused to approve my loan process. Nicole found me right lender from lots of different resources she is working with them and helped me in every step of process. Anytime there was a problem and need to call her, she was available to talk and finding right solution. She has right people in her team and the team helped me to finish process super quick after offer acceptance and close loan in few days with minimum time/effort required from me.

I've worked with Nicole several times over the years and each time she's been extremely helpful, transparent and friendly. She and her team are quick to reply and answer any questions (of which I had many) and then entire process was basically seamless. I'd love to work with her again.

It is stressful when it comes to loan process to buy a house. But Nicole made it so easy , transparent and interesting with her ability to connect with client , understand the needs and guides through out the process. What is really impressive is : She is very quick in responding either email/text/call even if it is weekend or night. And she replies so quickly that she remembers all the details.
