We had a great experience working with Nicole & team, it was very smooth and I was well informed throughout the process & they got loan approval well ahead of contract deadline. Nicole helped a lot in providing changes to loan & keep you on track when you get surprises in appraisals etc... They gave a good rate, I would highly recommend to any one getting into contract or fr refinances.

Nicole and her team did an amazing job on two loans for me. The first loan was a refinance and the second loan was a new home purchase. She is very thorough and is on top of her game. My situation is likely more complex than others and she was able to help me navigate through items that arose and we were able to close on time with both loans.
