Nicole and her team exceeded our expectation in getting our first mortgage smoothly. She also helped with getting our dream house in a challenging market by providing information and assurances to the seller's agent of our ability to close. Finally, the team was super efficient and responsive by closing in a really tight deadline. Highly recommended!
We had a great experience working with Nicole & team, it was very smooth and I was well informed throughout the process & they got loan approval well ahead of contract deadline. Nicole and her team did an amazing job on two loans for me. The first loan was a refinance and the second loan was a new home purchase. She is very thorough and is on top of her game. My situation is likely more complex than others and she was able to help me navigate through items that arose and we were able to close on time with both loans.
