Nicole was incredibly efficient, responsive, and committed to a successful outcome. She really went to bat for us to get us the loan we needed, negotiating internally on our behalf and driving our refinance process through to successful completion. I had got Nicole's reference through a friend of mine, during my second refinance process. The first refinance process was through my bank was frankly not that great - longer, higher rate, higher closing costs. I did get my bank going again and they were slower due to amount of volume of applications, and Nicole and her team jumped on it faster, gave me a better rate than my bank, along with lower closing cost options.
