I had got Nicole's reference through a friend of mine, during my second refinance process. The first refinance process was through my bank was frankly not that great - longer, higher rate, higher closing costs. I did get my bank going again and they were slower due to amount of volume of applications, and Nicole and her team jumped on it faster, gave me a better rate than my bank, along with lower closing cost options.
