Nicole and her team (Debbie, Peter, and Chad) were great to work with. They were super responsive (at all hours) and kept us in the loop throughout the approval process. The constant back and forth was very much appreciated! She let us know where we stood, and what we should expect next. Nicole and her team are amazing. My wife and I originally decided to get a loan through our bank but after a recommendation from our agent, we decided to work with Nicole.
