Signed up for $39. 95 oil change but was charged $59.95 and then they snuck in a tire rotation taking advantage of my 19 year old daughter who took the car in for service.

They were gonna charge $1500 for a job worth $370, charged a huge diagnostic fee.

Service Department entrance not well marked. Had to wander through show room to find service Department.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT POOR, I have no problem with the techs or the work that is done. My rating has to do with the Service Manager and the attitude and service i receive from the reps in the service department. I have this same response whether i am in person or on the phone. I have been with the Athens Nissan dealership for over 14 years and the last year has been the worst. I will not buy from this dealership again. Took back car after their mistake. ... kept $5k deposit! Purchased a used car in April 2024 and instructed the dealership that the person that was buying the vehicle did not have a drivers license and was purcashing and financing the vehicle for another person that did have a DL. We took the car home after paperwork that was completed with a $5k deposit and they would forward the documentation, sales tax, and registration to our home state of Florida. I do not even have the tag for my new 2024 Nissan Titan (3 weeks) and the power steering has gone out twice. My wife is stranded and the tow company Nissan sent her to told us it will be 3 hours before they can come and get her. Sales and management does not seem to care. They are not available to talk.

Did not the discounts that have beeb offer about the rough platinum Would not recommend Athens ga, should have gone to the dealer in Gainesville ga
