I really liked my salesman but the dealership itself not sot so much! We came specifically because there was a vehicle there. We saw online that we knew we were ready to buy. We took it for a test drive salesman. Very nice. I have a trade in so while we were gone on test drive They did the value on our truck. Then we go inside to do numbers. The last two times I’ve came to get an oil change it’s taking over 2 hours and that is inexcusable. I’ got a email saying I was eligible for a free oil change with my reward points and Y’all told me that was wrong.i been a loyal customer for over 12 years and I will not ever return.

Oil change didn’t fill washer fluid waited 30 after car was finished. Advisor wasn’t aware that my car was finished. Makes me feel like nothing was done to my car.

Got my oil changed they messed my transmission up I called service dep the man was very rud was not interested in helping me the man I talked with today is saying that it’s not there fault but why after the oil got checked the check engine light come on and my suv stopped pulling I had it put on a machine some where else the said that Nissan mechanic done something to the transmission because it is loosen pressure and Nissan still going to charge me 150.00 to do test it again

Signed up for $39. 95 oil change but was charged $59.95 and then they snuck in a tire rotation taking advantage of my 19 year old daughter who took the car in for service.
They were gonna charge $1500 for a job worth $370, charged a huge diagnostic fee.
