"Poor customer service need improving" Didn't get what I needed for as customer service with one of your representative ain't that what Nissan of Athens is all about
"They stripped the screw that's in my oil pan " They stripped my screw that's in my oil pan so now i can't get my oil changed y'all should replace that I don't have the money to pay out that y'all messed up.

"Do Not Recommend " I came in initially for an oil change, but told them I have a leak in my tire that needed to be fixed as it was leaking bad and asked them to check that and a popping noise. Also asked to let me know if I need brakes. After the oil change, my car was brought back after I watched someone driving around in circles in the parking lot in my car. "very stressful, aggravating, and disapointing" Was notified 2 times my car was ready and was not upon arrival. When finally picking up, heavy grease marks had to be removed from front bumper.
"Abysmal customer service" Dealership said I could come in at any time to have them look at why my radio and satellite goes out over night (and the clock changes to central time zone). Some days it stays out all day and others it comes back on later. I came in because they said they weren’t busy. I sat for 2 hours to find out that they had started the car and the radio was fine, so they had it back there just sitting. "Extremely arrogant and unprofessional Sales Manager" When I questioned David, Sales Manager why the price of the car listed on the financing proposal was $500 more than what we agreed, he stated that he ran the financing through Nissan which gave me a $500 rebate and that was how he was able to agree on the price of the car. So I asked if this meant that I could only get the car for our agreed upon price if I financed with a Nissan. He said yes. My brand new car keeps stalling and they can't fix it ( I have taken it to 3 nissan dealerships) and say that I am stuck with it. This is a safety issue and they do not care. I am going to demand a buy back from corporate. THEY ARE AN AWFUL COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!
