I was told where to go was taking care of immediately and it only took an hour to have what I needed done to be done I came in for a recall and the serviceman added a battery cable for me.

Service center is great. Do not buy a car from these people if you’re a young person of color. they will leave you waiting for HOURS just to come back with a HORRIBLE deal even as a returning customer. Take your money outside of athens! If you’re not white you’re not right.
Another recall on the hood lock problem. Probably my third or fourth visit to Nissan to correct it. I do have other things to do. I don’t understand why it wasn’t corrected the first time. My friends can’t believe this matter.
Had an oil change, and rotation. Time was just what I was told, and was contacted when work was completed.

"They could not fix my tailgate because there’s a $150..." They could not fix my tailgate because there’s a $150 diagnostic fee associated with fixing it. Although this fee goes towards bill, they could not give me an estimate of the cost. I chose not to get it done. I got an oil/filter change. I’m waiting to hear back about tail light.
