"Great place: except for our salesman " The salesman was very rude and arrogant. He was pushy, and tried to be the boss. He even filled out our survey for us. He tried told the manager what she was doing was wrong. whilebhe was on the phone with my mother he was very rude to her and had a really bad way of explaining things so we could understand them. When he got the sale he was ok but before that, not so good. Overall the dealership is fantastic.
"Oil change " Very satisfied with service. I have one complaint, Tony has to ask them to clean my carpet/interior because they get it dirty. This has happened 4 times.
"Average" My original impression of the dealership was a good one, as they sent a driver to Buford Ga. to pick me up. When I got there I met Bruce (Doss?) who would be my salesman. I had no reason to distrust him as he seemed pleasant and personable. He provided answers to my questions, but it seemed every question I had he would have to go and get an answer. "Oil change/tire rotation " Had scheduled oil change and tire rotation . Waited 2 hours and 15 minutes.I wasn’t notified at all about my vehicle during this time.
"Poor quality of service" I receive texts that offer scheduling of service, but when I respond, they don't follow through. I ordered multiple parts for my new niassan kicks, was told they came in, but then never could get an appt for them to allow me to see them before they put them on. When my husband finally went in to see the parts, some of them were incorrect and the staff in parts didn't seem to know how to order the correct parts. Hopefully my refund will be processed soon. "Customer Service for an Oil Change is a gross misnomer!" The dealership has a large sign stating "Express Service - No appointment necessary for oil change and tire rotation". I had called the dealership two days prior to getting there where I scheduled an oil change and requested a tire rotation. I was given a time of 11:00 A. M. which was acceptable. I arrived perhaps 10 minutes early. At the time the service technician wrote up the order he told us it would be 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hour for the service. We live in another city ... read more
"Blatant scam - Cheap and irresponsible " This dealership sent out a Christmas flyer advertising a car deal along with a “Instant Win Event” scam. The lottery style flyer makes you think that you’ve won a 70” tv and even says you’re a “guaranteed winner” when you enter your code online. I visited the dealership the next day after being told to do so by the automated response hotline listed. "Tuesday AM January 8, 2019" Ok , my son drove the Caron for me. I had been having trouble with a passenger side rear that was leaking air they found a nail in it but said their car cleaning was "down" so the car wasn't cleaned. No problem
"Oil change " I came in for oil change,I think they should have wash the car and vacuum it. Payment is to high.The car is in my name,but I didn't want the car in my name,it's my daughter's car,and I feel like I was forced to put this car in my name.We will be returning the car soon.My daughter can't afford to make the payments anymore.
