"Absolute disaster with service department." 2014 Nissan Juke, bought here and regularly serviced here. Nine days after $497.52 service and assurance that car was in great shape, it had a catastrophic engine failure and threw a rod. The car was deemed junk. This is nearly unheard of these days. Dealership gave no explanation and offered my wife nothing in return, even though she had loyally supported this service department for years with thousands of dollars. "Dissatisfied Customer" Be very wary of these folks, especially women. Service Advisors will take advantage of uninformed customers and try to upsell them on unnecessary maintenance items. My wife was recently charged $130+ for a brake fluid flush. The Service Advisor did not ask for her approval to do the service. Service Advisor authorized the brake system flush on his own and added it to her invoice. She didn't question the service charge and paid it without giving approval. "Not friendly/ didn't explain my car service." I stood there for at 5 min before anyone greeted me. I was tild she would help me. When they check me out i jad to ask what was going on with my car. Instead of them helping me i was given a paper not really understand it. Not sure if i will return.

"Oil change, tire rotation and coolant drainage" It took entirely too long to complete I was there for three and a half hours. And the price was extremely high compared to other places.

"Transmission" This was the third time i brought my nissan verisa to the dealership to replace or repair the transmission.not happy at all with this car and know im stuck with this car!!60.000 miles only 2015😱.

"Horrible Experience" Contacted them back in November about a warranty issue with the paint. Never heard back, contacted them in December they said they were still waiting to hear from nissan. Now it is the end of January took car in for an oil change and was told oh yea accidents happen this isn’t covered but we will put you in a new car. "Long Wait" Estimate was 1 1/5 to 2 hour wait. Got there around 9. At 11:30, still waiting. I checked on my vehicle and my paperwork was in a stack of other paperwork. Not sure how long my paperwork had been just lying there. Wondering how much longer it would have been if I had not checked on status myself. "Service took way too long" I had the first appointment of the day for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was ten minutes early, waiting outside the service center doors. As soon as the overhead door opened, I pulled my car in. Two hours later, I was still sitting in the waiting room with no communication from any of the service folks.
