"Service" I am never disappointed with the service I get at Nissan. She was great. I am very pleased. She went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and doubts were removed. Definitely an asset to the company.

"Best dealership in Los Angeles " I love love love Nissan , this dealership is the best in all of Los Angeles , I only bring my Nissan rouge here to be serviced they are always quick and friendly and I feel like they really care about me and hep me do what’s best for my car , I know I will only buy from this dealership from mark and the the only guy I trust with the care of my car is Dennis, down town Nissan is the only way to go!!
"Maintenance services " Friendly and courteous staff. They forgot to reset the maintenance alarm and when I returned I expected they would take a while to help me, however they did it right away.
"EXcellent. From start to finish " The customer service at this Nissan is amazing. Very welcoming and accommodating. Ernie Flores made sure my car was serviced and I was taken care of.
"Oil Change " I give downtown Nissan a 5 star because David the service advisor is very professional and walks me thru and explains everything in detail. I’ve been going there for about 3 years and I’m very satisfied with the service I get.
"The Service technicians and repair technicians are amazing" I was towed to the dealership, and right away a Service Technician (Dennis) assisted me in getting my car looked at on a Friday afternoon. He was very thorough and courteous and explained everything to me in detail. I wasn't happy with the repair costs but Dennis and the Repair technician explained all the charges. "well very good timing and service" well as a my first time for service I really was so surprise that they said to me job will be done in 2 hours approximately and it was little bit les than that. Just excellent.
