"very bad experiance" overcharged for 2018 Nissan Murano. attempts several times to renegotiate but nobody will listen. the worst experience of my life . I was put on hold several times when I called. left messages and no one returned
"Oil change " Everytime I visit this dealer I'm treated with respect and good customer service when it comes to my car I would highly recommend this place to anybody. .
"Greasy fingerprints on hood. " My cars hood had greasy fingerprints all over it. I had to wipe it down myself. The porter should've caught that before he returned my vehicle.
"They dont want to pay my money about down payment" They have to know every people if the finance 1 dont not accept you credit have warn to about you down payment if do t have you lost money so if they want money for free let me know I want my money back
"Horrible!" Got there aunce I had made an appt, parked my car and walked into service. 3 ladies there ordering lunch while me + 3 other ppl were waiting. One really nuce guy was on the phone and advised he’d be with us soon, later proceeded to help the client before us. Literally waited 15 MINUTES for thise ladies to finally look up and say they’d help “soon”. Another 5 mins and finally a guy came in to help me. Did all that had to be done. "Worst dealer ever" Bad dealer I did not like the service j Moran is the worst. Will not recommend anybody to go here. Instead of helping us they ruins us more.
"Horrible experience" Took my nissan titan 2017 hd to service my panel lights where on, it was 3 times to servir departament manager ernesto did not focus on the problems decided to just restart vehicle so panel light could disappear after going back and forth we had a talk with the supervisor finally the problem was fix the vehicle was in service department for more than A MONTH they show me the invoice and the cost to fix the "small issue" come about $9000+ dollars thankfully the warranty still cover it but couldn't never ... read more
"Could improve" Service line was not very long but it took them about 30 minutes to take my information down. Once that was done I received a text from my service agent which I use 2 hours late to ask if my car was ready with no response. What I think should have been a quick fix took over 2 hours of me waiting. Not saying I should have had priority but one less client in your lobby with better experience would bring me back and have me refer friends over.
"Incomprehensibly inept" I leased a new vehicle in July. I traded in my old lease. Part of the deal was Nissan of DTLA would pay off my old lease. 4 months later, after an incessant amount of calls and visits from me IN PERSON, I am still sitting here in the lobby waiting for someone in finance to help me. The finance department has told me, multiple times, that the payment will be sent. Now my lease is in collections and my account has defaulted, causing my credit score to drop 100 points.
