He fully acknowledges the need of customer, that is, the type of vehicles we were looking for, financial aids, budget, maintenance, and so forth. I purchase a 2009 Kia Sedona sight unseen from this dealer. Having searched nationwide for the right vehicle, I bought this one based on price and dealer ratings. I flew to LA, completed the transaction and drove it back to my home in Colorado. Steve picked me up at LAX and with test drive and paperwork, I was out the door in just over an hour. He even sent me away with a full tank of and that expensive SOCAL gas! Overall, a great experience.
BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Just picked up my new 2011 Altima. After extensive research through phone calls and emails, I decided to go with Downtown LA Nissan! When I saw the car that I wanted online I was amazed. Submitted an online quote request to Universal City Nissan, Miller Nissan, Santa Monica Nissan and Downtown LA Nissan. DLA was the only one who responded back with a straight quote for $500 under invoice (the going price at the time for Altimas). I could've haggled, but I didn't bother because they were up front with me. Don’t ever consider taking your vehicle to this dealership for service. I had an appointment for a repair and arrived on time, yet I had to sit in my car for 55 minutes before anyone even checked me in. After that, I waited another five hours at the dealership, only to be told the issue had been fixed. As soon as I drove off the lot, the exact same error appeared again.
