"so so sweet" Thank you to the dynamic staff at Downtown Nissan ..... what a sweet time it was no pressure ....after many months of heartache of trying to find the right car for me ... Aris called me and I came in not even expecting ti get a car or a deal that I wanted .... but i walked away with my 2019 Nissan Sentra !!! .... I am so happy that everyone treated me with so much respect and kindness ... it made it feel like family . Thank you again to the amazing , amazing staff of Downtown Nissan !!!

"Rude service " Dennis was immediately rude the second I walked up to him. I didn’t appreciate it. I won’t come back, specifically because of him. I asked for specific service. He accused me of telling him how to do his job and had an attitude because I didn’t want to pay for an unnecessary diagnostic. Thank god I didn’t send my wife. won’t be coming back.

"Viisit to service" I was happy with my visit to Nissan service downtown LA. Jonathan was very helpful and they even got me an Uber to take me to lunch and pick me up. This was my second free oil change since I bought my car which I really appreciated. I was a little disappointed that I had to spend $130.00 To have the brake fluid changed after owning the car the car for only nine months.

"Oil Change" Coming into the dealership early in the morning is the way to go to get the fastest service. Everyone is super attentive and helpful with their customers which makes a stressful chore very welcoming.

"Amazing " I went for an oil change! As a walk in , they said the wait was going to be around one hour and a half . But my car was ready in less then 30 minutes. I was so happy with the service and wait time.
