"Very good service" I went to Downtown Nissan to service my Infiniti, because Beverly Hills Infiniti closed and the nearest Infiniti Dealer was in Van Nuys, a long ways away. I couldn't have been happier with Downtown Nissan.

"Awesome " Ace has excellent customer service every single time I visit. He is genuinely a very nice young man and i see he treats all the customers very well. Ace is #1 in my book. If he ever leaves Nissan i’ Going with him because I came there one day not knowing he was on vacation and the customer service was not good. I was being ignored and given the run around. Ace is the Man !!!
