"Staff is courteous and helpful " Staff was very helpful, had to return twice to get problem solved. My service advisor was very accommodating, The first day my car was being repaired I was able to get transportation home although I was a half mile out of the area. Mr Zaragoza also let me have a loner car while mine was being worked on.

"Outstanding customer service. " I came in to Nissan DTLA because I had a bad experience at another Nissan dealer. When I arrived I was greeted by everyone.
