    The actual service on my car was fine as far as I can tell, so far I haven't experienced any issues. My main problem was was the actual customer service itself. There was no direction on where to go when you first walk in, so I go to the first available employee who isn't helping someone and they seemed to be as confused as I was. They eventually begin the intake process for my car, then tell me to wait in the waiting area so someone can finish the paper work with me.     Felipe was extremely pushy and argued when I turned down service. My car was bought brand new and only had 15k miles on it and he was saying my brake fluid was in the red when he didn't even see it. He didn't let me sign anything or see a summary if what they were doing to my car either UNTIL he made me pay. When I asked for a summary paper at the end, with the pictures he argued against it and when he eventually was getting it for me, was MAKING IT UP on his computer, I saw him.     Edward Gutierrez is a very conscientious Service Advisor and the entire Service Center is truly wonderful. The service is prompt and efficient and I will continue to always take my Nissan Kicks here to be taken care of.

    I took my Nissan Rogue for an oil change and tire rotation and they delivered it to me another day..??

    The sales rep lied about the price on the vehicle. We had verbally agreed to a specific price and contract stated otherwise (price on contract was extremely higher than what we agreed). Also, on first night we took vehicle home there was a loud/ odd noise on the vehicle. The following day we called the sales rep to report the issue and we scheduled an appointment.     Leslie in sales is excellent. Sales and general manager are misleading. Finance made mistakes. Horrible.

    I visited 02/15/2023 to have one of my cars serviced at Nissan Duarte. I was entertained by Cesar Luna. He is very welcoming and seems to be knowledgeable. I pretended like I did not know about cars and how maintenances work. His explanations were correct. He gave me a quotation for a very expensive service (Manys aid it's becuase I am girl and people think girls know nothing about it). My car mileage was at 26,000 with a total of 1060USD, But that is not the main issue. I don't have any control, if that is their pricing the... read more

    For being my first service experience here need improvement on customer service not happy with the experience here nor the atmosphere. Not told where to sit and wait not told how long it would take not greeted with a good morning how can we help you. Will be looking for another service on the next one.

    Bad attention nobody take the responsibility Felipe Gaytan. is unprofessional I waiting for 3:1/2 for take my Nissan Pathfinder to service. Felipe. Gime the key and he no say nothing. I los my time, gas I was Call to Daniel Hernandez and send a massage and no responding I never recommend to Nissan of Duarte for buy a car or for service
