    I took my car in because of the ECM recall and decided to get an oil change and a tire rotation. When I picked up the vehicle, the service rep told me that the check engine light came on after the software update and the code P06DA appeared stating that there is an issue with the engine oil pressure control. I had taken my car in June of 2024 for service and had a significant amount of repairs done that totaled to over 4k.     Ive never been to this dealership but I’ve unsubscribed from its page every month for three years. Not even in same state. Wrong person. Sent emails stating that, no response. Blocked, then I get different emails. Not fun. And yet I know some random persons maintenance schedule. Never owned a Nissan. Don’t plan to. Overall a one star for serially spamming my inbox for years despite efforts to remove myself.

    Scammers and liars, they don't even try to help out their customers, What's worse it's that the GENERAL MANAGER is the same as his employees, I REGRET buying a car with them.

    Very low interest in selling a car. We went with cash offer and was constantly left waiting.

    I traded in my car at $1500 and put $5000 down on a car they quoted me for $16,000. Walk away with my trade and down payment should have been around $11,000 with taxes. The guy changed my contract 3 times and the last time changed the loan amount to $25,000 on a used car that was already 4 years old….I contacted Nissan several times and no one would help me fix the issue. They said since I signed it they would not fix it. I will never return there

    Brought car in for software, after it was done asked what is the software for no one could answer. Car returned dirty. Dealer seems don’t care about their service.

    This dealership is going through hard times. Exterior of the dealership was undecorated. Interior was outdated. Chairs are falling apart and uncomfortable. Coffee machine was non op, popcorn was stale. Water machine had an odd taste just the general state of maintenance would make me believe it hasn't been cleaned. The finance office is years behind in processing paperwork. Ive bought 4 cars since 2014 and never had to give a fingerprint.     Very rude and unprofessional. Will look for another Nissan dealership for service maintenance. Atmosphere is cold and unwelcoming.
