"Service Dept Rip offs! " Do not go to get your car serviced here!! The service department will try to sell you services your car does not need. They wanted to change coolant on my 2015 sentra with 24k miles on it, the coolant is rated for 130k miles. They said, that is what the manufacture recommends, but they recommend doing it every 30k miles, for this service they recommend doing 4x more often then the service manual says, they want to charge you over $400... "Service" WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO NISSAN DUARTE FOR REPAIRS. I'm a long time loyal customer of Performance Nissan in Duarte, CA. Over the years I've purchased three cars from them. Ownership has changed a few times and now I believe that they are just called Nissan of Duarte. Today I took my car there to have a door handle repaired. I asked if they could look at it by removing the 2 bolts holding it in place to make sure the plastic inside the handle was broken. Their response was sure we can do that for $135. I tal... read more

I have been to many dealership including Honda, Toyota, Ford, Fiat, and other Nissan. To get to the point, this dealership is THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO in the past and will be in the future. Basically, this is the background story. I went to this dealership because I received a mailed advertisement saying that they will take care of any damages and extra mileage that you current leased or owned. I bought a new Frontier from Performance Nissan in Duarte and they lived up to all me suspicions about new car dealers. I went in and told them the exact truck I wanted and gave them a very precise list of options. They did not have it in stock but they said it would be no problem to get it within a day. The salesman then had me talk with his manager and we agreed on a price that I though was a great deal. I also had the manager put it in writing.
