This place is awful. I had a simple repair, I needed a replacement seat wiper arm.. These jerks couldn't call me all day. I dropped off my car at 830 and at 4, I finally called. We had to order the part. They didn't call me when the part came in, and when I went to pick it up, the parts person disappeared for 20 minutes. Then I go to the cashier and no cashier for 15 minutes. An unorganized pathetic excuse for a business

Problem still exists. Not a happy customer that the part still isn't available and no time line given

They were not transparent about pricing . I paid way more for the car than what it was listed for .

Quality of service compromised over petty things. One of the worst experience any one could ever have and on top they are trying to blame customer

I was told I had an appointment and when I arrived I was not listed 6 hours later I was finally done.
