"Another exceptional experience" This is the only auto dealership we deal with. All our new vehicles are purchased from North Olmsted Nissan and only serviced at this exceptional dealership. Truly professional from the sales department through the service department.
"Was actually a fun experience." For over 20 years my husband and I have been dealing with the same dealership, Nissan of North Olmsted. During that time period we have had nothing but professional and courteous service. This is a top flight dealership with top flight people.
"5 star experience" Recently needed to make an unexpected new car purchase because mine had major engine failure. Stopped in many dealers along Lorain Road and Nissan cleary had the best sales team, choice of vehicles and price. I literally stood inside other dealerships for as long as 10 minutes without being recognized.

"Quick fix to an emergency." Fit me in quickly during very busy time. Quickly diagnosed problem and got me into service bay almost immediately. Will be back soon for normal service.
"Nice work on my car" This was my first time at this dealership. The dealership I originally go to I moved away from. The employees were nice. The place was clean. I liked the free drinks and snacks. I was in and out much quicker then I expected considering they were so busy. I just went in for an oil change and a check up. They noticed I had a recall and fixed it as well. I will go back next time.
"Consistently great customer service!" I've been having my Rogue serviced at Nissan of North Olmsted for a few years now and I consistently get great customer service. I have had occasion to drop in with an issue and it is usually handled on the spot. It's a great team in the service department and the follow up is exemplary. I have confidence that my car is in good hands and I am always treated with respect. I highly recommend Nissan of North Olmsted!
