"Are You Kidding Me! No one does is better than NON." Mike D'Amato and his team at North Olmsted Nissan (NON) are unbelievable. Hard to believe but I think they get better every time I am there for my scheduled service. I am currently in my 4th Murano and plan on being in my 5th in a couple of years. Love the product, love the service - why else would I drive 35 miles / 45 minutes and pass by dozens of other dealerships just to get to North Olmsted - it's because of the Deal i get at NON!

"Excellent Experience" Brad Baron was wonderful, he did not pressure the sale, was very receptive to my needs, and respectful of my concerns. "Great Experience " We visited the dealership in late September to check out the stock. We were looking for a SUV/Crossover and wanted to give Nissan a look. We were greeted by Steve Samenuk and explained we were not ready to purchase immediately but within 3-6 months. Steve showed us a Murano, Pathfinder and Rogue. He went over all of the features and we tested all 3. We decided on the Rogue and came in last week for the purchase. Steve again went over all of the features and we purchased the SL.

"Nice experience, as usual!" The only issue I had was that I had to call to inquire about the service being completed, after a couple of hours, there was no call made to me to let me know the car was ready. Everyone was friendly and helpful as usual!!

"Service " Trevor was so friendly during my service visit. I chose to run errands instead of waiting for the service at the location. He took down my number and gave me a call when the service was done. As a new mom not spending my morning in a service center was important to me and having the luxury of leaving and getting a timely and friendly phone call that my service was completed was great and much appreciated!
