Went to this dealership to purchase a new Nissan Rogue. We found what we neeed within our price rang and we took the car home same day.
Routine oil change. Great service form the advisors to the cashier everyone is super nice And welcoming. Including the shuttle driver. I alway come back to Nissan in van nuys
I made an appointment for an oil change and when I brought my car in on Tuesday, they told me I needed to replace the air filter and cabin filter as well and it would take two hours. It actually took three hours to do because they were super busy, but it was okay, because they did an excellent job.
I made an appointment online for a Saturday to get an oil change. They took my car right away, and told me it would take 2 hours however it was done even sooner. Very quick and easy process, especially being able to schedule the appointment online. Everyone was very nice and courteous as well.
