I bought my car at Nissan and have always brought it back for any service or repair. Mt advisor is Edwin amd he is always friensly and profeasional. Never tries to sell me anything i dont need. In fact if there is a cheaper alternative hell recommend that instead.
Edwin was very efficient and loved his customer service, he went over and beyond to meet my needs. Also the young man in the Shuttle service was very friendly polite, Good Job Fellas!!!

Went to the Nissan of Van Nuys for my wives Sentra. Not only are they attentive when you arrive but they make sure they attend you great. Michael the service director is a total gentleman and makes sure if someone isn't helping you, he himself will help you. Jose also did a great job in following up with us as soon as the car is ready. Our repairs were supposed to be pretty cost heavy but they make sure to do they're research, and we found Nissan warranty covers. I would recommend this place all owners of Nissan, because the service guys very professional and communicative. Special thanks service specialist Gabriel for helping and resolve exhaust pipe problem for FREE and Michael Villano(Service Manager) for explaining me current problem regards oil leaking and exhaust noise.
