Advisor Luciano Carbone always has any issues serviced (other than regular maintenance) including recalls. If servicing takes longer than a few hours, a ride home or a loaner is provided.
After going to all the Nissan dealerships in the Valley, I finally found the Best Nissan Service Department you can find. Michael Villano and the service staff are friendly, professional, and hard working. They always go above and beyond. Thank you for all your help!
They did the needed service. The only thing wrong was that it took about 25% longer than the estimate. They seem to be consistent about this. In fact, *all* the car dealers I've worked with underestimate how long a job will take, so I'm not sure I should even downrate them over that. I brought in a fob that had stopped working after going through the washing machine. I had my oil change and received my car back WITHOUT the usual complimentary car wash. Told the guy and he said its because budget cuts.
I liked the way my salesman Davit Hambardzumyan went through all the features of the car and gave us the options for the financial purchase so we could choose what was best for us without the pressure to decide before we were ready.

Gabriel had provided me with exceptional service in the past and this time Gerard was the superhero. I care for a man who has Alzheimer's and cannot be left alone so I have very little time to accomplish even routine maintenance. He carefully explained what my car needed, made meaningful suggestions, answered my questions thoughtfully, and even pointed out where my car didn't need some of the factory suggested work items because ob both my driving habits and past service history. I was exceptionally pleased with how he handled himself and my visit. The car was ready on time, and the work was completed to my satisfaction.
